What hardware, software and operating system environments does eJABY requires?  
    eJABY requires the following environment:
  • An ISDN or Leased line connection to the Internet, with at least 64K pooled access.
  • Workstations with the following minimum hardware requirements:
    • Processor: Intel Pentium 166 MHz or higher
    • Memory: 32 MB or higher
    • Disk space: 50MB or more of free disk space.
  • Windows 2000Pro or Win XP Pro, Arabic Enabled.
  • Internet Explorer Version 5.0 or higher, Netscape Version 4.7 or higher.
  • Laser Printer
 
What is eJABY?  
eJABY is a web based bill payment service which allows consumers to pay most of their recurring bills online, real time. eJABY manages the entire bill payment process online. Meanwhile you continue to receive the physical copy of the bill as you used to before but with value added features like creating a personal Profile to store your bill payments. With eJABY consumers and depots will find a wealth of benefits in the future.

How do I get started and be a Depot?  
Depot must apply for eJABY by filling an Application Form from PaymentCentric Offices or downloaded from PaymentCentric website. After submission, the application form is forwarded to Customer Acceptance Team (CAT) for review. If the application approved, CAT will inform you with the operations and technical steps that you must take
 
What types of organizations can use eJABY?  
Banks, Exchange outlets, Retailers can become a Depot and use eJABY.
 
What Browser Versions are required?  
Depot will need Internet Explorer Version 5.0 or higher, Netscape Version 4.7 or higher.
 
Is there a limit to the number of users' account I can set up?  
Administrator can set up as much as he wants of users accounts, but the administrator should be one account only.  
What types of payments can be processed by eJABY?  
The type of payments that eJABY can process are Cash, Partial Payments, checks if depot is a bank, visa card payments if depot is a bank and the card issued from the same bank.
 
Where are payments stored?  
All payments are stored in PaymentCentric Database; nothing is stored in Depot System and of-course the payments affects the bill-holder account in the payee database.
 
What is eJABY Profile?  
eJABY Profile is a profile where consumer can store his/her paid bills for history purpose.
 
Can a consumer inquiry about his bills without paying them?  
Yes he can.
 
Can I delete or stop a payment?  
No, you can’t delete or stop a payment; once the depot clerk clicks on the Pay button, the transaction is made. Depot Client software does not support a reversal transactions or chargeback service for such deletions.
 
Who handles Depot support for eJABY?  
The Technical Support Team (TST) will handle the technical issues, and the Help-Desk Team will handle the operational support.
